Charged me Custom Duty and Website has no mention of it

This is regarding my Order# ********** I was not informed any Custom Duty nor I was given any prior notice about such duty may apply during Order placement.

During delivery Courier boy has requested for money (INR 2300) to my surprise as I was not expecting it. If I would provided information of possible Custom Duty during Order; I would avoid the situation. I am really surprised how I was charged without giving me any information during order placement.

If there would have note stating Custom Duty; I would have aware of the situation.

When I contact Customer Service; I was told that I need to pay and shown no attitude of their mistake.

For refund; I need to pay custom and it will be deducted from my paid amount.

Company is completely ***** and do not be any Products from them.
