Can't trust the site to advertise correctly

They have merchants listed on the site that cannot ship to South Africa. Bought some stuff that was on a huge special on the South African Fruugo site, and I was extremely excited. But the merchant cancelled the order. I got a refund, but that's not really the point. Don't advertise stuff on special that you can't buy.
