Boots ordered- not delivered.

Order Number ***8: 6th September 2022 I ordered two pairs of boots on 6/9/22 on-line. I specifically selected an on-line store that was a .co.za as I have had bad experiences with on-line shopping through .com businesses where customs, etc come into the equation. There was no mention of the order being shipped from China, or the length of time it would take to deliver. The communications were good, but after waiting for two months for my boots, I was sent an sms to collect at a Pep store in town, and threatened with "collect in 5 days or your order will be returned"! Really bad business ethics considering that one may be out of town at the time, etc.

Saga: I collected my parcel, in which was only one pair of the two pairs of boots ordered and paid for.

I am STILL waiting for the second pair, but as all correspondence from Fruugo has ceased, I'm assuming that I can right those boots off, and the money paid for them.

These boots that were not delivered are a pair of snow boots ordered for travel in December. Such boots are not purchasable in the summer months, so Fruugo has really messed me around.

I will never use this company again. I posted the issue on their website a week ago but have not had any comms from them.
