Bad cusomer service,no tracking details and no item delivery

DO NOT purchase from FRRUGO,they are ********s. They are quick to take your money for items purchased but their customer service is terrible. They tell you to contact the courier company to find your parcel but they dont provide you with a tracking number,i have been waiting for 6 weeks for a parcel to arrive and been asking them about the delivery for 3 weeks and still nothing. Worst online company to deal with. Save your money and buy from a proper company because this one is run like a bad episode of teletubbies.
