Avoid Fruugo

An order was placed and it took almost 2 months to receive, after repeatedly enquiring about it. The delivery address was ignored and I had to collect the parcel at the post office and pay an additional cost. The original invoice included a shipping cost to a specified address. The order was not sent to this address
