ATROCIOUS SERVICE

Order ***9.. My order was confirmed on the 20th of May and my delivery was between 27-09 June... I am still waiting for my order and the stupid tracking number that they have doesn't even work. Whenever I try to communicate with them I always get an automated response this message: "The shipment is handed over in bulk final acceptance of the item to be confirmed". Yesterday I sent a review on trustpilot and all of a sudden they send an email asking me to send my physical address.. I don't understand how they can ask me that when I gave my address upon ordering.. I was told to reply to ***. My emails are coming back undelivered.. I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE BUY FROM THEM. THEY NEED TO BE REMOVE FROM BEING ONLINE SUPPLIERS.. THEY ARE USELESS
