As stated above

I ordered a cell phone on line with ref no: YT*** from this company, the order was delivered 02 February 2022, but I found it to be totally different to the advert I saw, then returned the item on 08 February 2022 with hope of receiving a refund but till today I've not been refused my money please help me get my money
