Allegedly shipped product never received with no way to contact Fruugo

I ordered from Fruugo the first time. The problems started already with the product not being shipped. This is where I tried to contact Fruugo for the first time. The menu on the website is useless as it states the problem has been solved. There are no email contact details-or from the courier people. My status shows now delivered and I am not able to follow anything up. I paid the money, never received the product and am not able to contact someone over email to find out what happened to my order. Please do not order from Fruugo. They take your money and do not deliver. I could not open the review page on the website either. Are they taking it down?
