Absolutely Pathetic! Stay Away

Absolutely pathetic!! I ordered on the 17th of February and on the 7th of March I asked for a tracking number, they send it to me and I checked it only to find it is shipped to Canada and I send them an email informing them about it, but they insured me that it was indeed shipped to South Africa and that I don’t need to worry! I checked it again today only to see that it was indeed delivered in Canada. They replying to me that they can see it was delivered and I should ask my family or neighbors if they received it on my behalf!! The worst online experience ever, I will never in my life use Fruugo again!!
