A mail order company with no human hep desk, and no answers to Where is my Order?

No Stars actually. Ordered an item on 15 December, Paid by Visa Debit Card. Order acknowledged with an Order Number But no confirmation of Order on the way. Why? They are merely Agents. They have no number to which to call. All queries via email, which are auto-acknowledged with a reference number, but nobody has responded to my three requests as to where is my Order. I have stopped the transaction with Visa and await fruugo asking me why. I suspect a long wait. Beware.,
