Rude and disrespectful

Nearly broke my legs as I injured myself at Fruit Stop Silverton when the floor beneath me just broke as I walked. The owner or manager of the shop was so rude about the whole matter when he approached me and I started explaining to him what happened. His words to be exact, \What must i do? Go to hospital
