No response from manager

I was ill-treated by a cashier at fruit stop silverton on the 5th of November 2015 and the next day I called the manager Marko/Makro to report it and he asked me to send him an e-mail. It's been well over 2 weeks now and no response from him, which CLEARLY indicates to me where his cahsiers learn to be rude. If you a manager and you get a complain, but fail to give the customer feed back for over TWO WEEKS then that shows the lack of proffesionalism from him. I am no longer upset upset about the cashier, but my anger is directed @ the so called manager. Fruit stop silverton just lost one of it's customers... Uitkyk butchers (+-3km) away also offers what you guys sell, so will go there. Thanks
