MONEY REVERSAL PROBLEMS

<p>Good day</p> <p>MY name is Mavis Ralethe staying in Pretoria. MY CONTACT DETAILS ********** 810 ..i have a problem with one Fruit Stopt silverton... i bought items for R800 on the 1/4/17 i swiped using my Standard Bank Card , first it declined and i was iwas to try again,, then i did that.. but when i got home I received anothe sms confirming that money is deducted from my account,,, Iwent to the shop the following day and i was told that money will be reversed it will be in my accout within 2 working days,, now it almost 2 months no money in my account,, i called the shop today i spoke Abel and the rude HR mananger who confirmed that I must sort this out with my Bank ,, now im so confused..
