https://fruitnveggies.co.za/ PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY IN PRETORIA - THEY ACTUALLY SHOULD BE GETTING A MINUS RATING!!!!! Order was placed on 31 August 2022 and payment was made via eft to their FNB account. You then get an email to confirm your order and they require proof of payment to proceed. POP was sent but no response has been received to date. Their website does not have contact details except for an email address and to go on their Facebook page. Cell number was on their IG account but it is continuously on voicemail - no call back when you leave a message. I have sent numerous emails and messages to no avail, even on their facebook page. Seems I am not the only one that is still waiting for delivery. Their website says delivery between Wed - Fri but if they cannot meet expectations, at least have the decency to contact customers to advise. When I log into my account on their site, my order status is still showing as ON HOLD. Unfortunately, it would cost me more to have this transaction reversed and that is money lost cos either way I get charged an exorbitant amount. Which makes me wonder if these people know that, which is why they ***** customer over. Thank goodness I chose the once off option but imagine the people that have the recurring option - in this day & age, every cent counts and people just think it's okay to ***** us around. I even sent a contact message direct on their website - filled in the form on there but no response received. My sister-in-law has also attempted to make contact but she has been unsuccessful as well. Normally I am a patient person - this is just ridiculous!
