Sour Lemon

I bought a bag from Kenilworth Centre at the top of the escalators they also have a shop called Frozen Lemons. Anyway I wanted to use the bag today only to find there was no sling inside it. It was one of those bags that had two ways of holding it. There was only a broken piece of attachment of the sling inside the bag. The lady Doesn't give receipts makes you wonder why I approached her I was speaking a little bit loud but I normally do that. Don't shout at me she said if you treat me nicely I will treat you nicely I wanted my money back because I wanted a blue bag which I had purchased in the first place, but she said I couldn't She was so rude to me that I was absolutely mortified anyone in the selling business could treat client's like that.I have spent several hundred rand at this Store,but no more.
