Poor food quality and dismissive response

My first buy was my last. The chicken in the The Coq a Vin with Bacon was dry and chewy and I could find no bacon. If I had been served this in a restaurant I would have sent it back straight away. I filled in a feedback form and received the dismissive and unhelpful response - why don’t you try something else? Be warned.
