FrosProps RichardsBay ****med me of R14000 in 2022

I signed a lease with Frosprops last year. I paid R14000 in Deposit and the July 2022 rent. When I had to move in, the agent refused stating that the outgoing tenant cannot move so I could not move in. I had to find another alternative as I was due to move out of the apartment I was staying at during the time. I have tried so many times to get my money back and they have refused to. It has been more than a year and they refuse to refund me.
