Faulty Asus Model X553M Laptop compter
I purchased an Asus model X553M Laptop computor from frontosa Technologies on the 30/10/2015.<br> I noticed on setting up the computer that the keyboard was intermittently faulty, but worked around this problem as it is a business computer and my previous Asus netbook of 4 years old had broken, hence I decided to remove the hard drive from that computer, purchase a new computer and copy the data across, as the Asus service centre I was informed would have my netbook for - 14 days to repair it. The keyboard is now malfunctioning more frequently, so I returned to Frontosa with my complaint and was referred to the Asus service centre (Esure IT at M5 Business park) for the required repair. The requirement is that they book the computer in for a warranty repair which will take + - 5 working days. As this is a business tool I cannot afford to not have it for 5 working days, I enquired if I could buy and pay for a new keyboard for the computer and have it immediately installed and the answer was no, I had to book it in. I was subsequently informed by their technician that this was a common problem specific to this model. Please explain how Asus can knowingly keep supplying faulty equipment
