Worst insurance company

Frontline is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with logged a claim with them 5 weeks ago for lighting damage to my household content. The claim has still not payed out they keep on giving me excuses. Last week they said the claim has been payed out which is a lie because nothing has been payed. Never take out insurance with them they are useless
