Unhappy With Randpro Insurance Brokers!!!!
I had an incident on 26th February 2016, while I was on duty someone broke into my flat, and took items to the value of R11500. I got hold of the police, got a case number and finger prints were taken. I submit a claim through my Insurance brokers on that Monday 29th. All the necessary documents were forward to them, quotations were given by the assessor and he came out to where it happened. I had to phone my brokers every single day, and my monthly instalment of R817 are up to date. This went on for 27 days, and yesterday I just got an email from them, saying that they not going to pay or replace my ****** goods!!! So my question to them, what about personal liability and or all risks. I'm very livid the way this claim was treated and why still put me through all this emotional stress, and tell me this 27 days later. I'm in the process of moving my insurance if they not going to see to this matter. We all take out insurance for unforeseen things happening in our lives.<br>
