UNFAIR REJECTION OF CLAIM -

Our Roller door was blown off due to a freak wind that blew trees down and roofs off in our area - Frontline rejected the claim based on the subjective opinion of a contractor that said it was poor quality - but Its a brand new roller door installed 4 months ago by a reputable contractor many years in the industry - They rejected the claim based on the contractors report - did not even bother to send an assessor out .

Good day Marc Du Toit, for the record your claim was not rejected and the door was repaired and is functional. we have arranged for the original installer to attend at your residence to inspect the door on Monday. they should be in contact shortly to confirm a time. Please feel free to contact me via Email. *** should this meeting not materialize.

Your statement that the door was repaired and is functional is not true . Your contractor merely brute forced the door back into its tracks but the door sticks and balloons when closing it . Components of the door are bent which is preventing the door from operating correctly and the doors sticks and is putting strain on the motor which will be damaged by this . This is a brand new door installed 4 months ago and we will not accept anything less than a replacement or equivalent cost payout
