Policy doesnt cover Car remote jamming

I have CCTV footage from the BP accross the road of ******* removing goods valued at over R30,000.00 from my vehicle - Fortuner. I parked at Pick n Pay, Heugh Road, Walmer, Port Elizabeth on the 25th of January 2017. I locked my car with the remote THREE TIMES (I always do, its a standing family joke). A few seconds/minutes later a car parked near my car, the occupants got out of the car, followed me in to the store, 1 remained at their vehicle. Once I had entered the store, the man waiting at the car, walked over to my car, opened my passenger door, removed items, then opened my boot and removed my son's cricket bag. The men who had followed me in to the store then came out to join the *****, they placed the cricket bag and other items (Garmen GPs which was in my console and not in view, Cricket Cap, my cigarettes and lighter) in their car and left. I clearly locked my vehicle and it is assumed I must have been followed to the shopping centre. My insurance has indicated negligence on my part and that the FINE print on my policy states they do not cover car-jamming. For obvious reasons, we are extremely unhappy !

Fronline Underwriters paid us R6919.50. Because the items were unspecified, the amount claimable is R9000, and because they don't cover car jamming, they elected to pay us 75% of the unspecified cover. Had we stated that the items were ****** from the sidelines of a cricket field, I have been lead to believe we MIGHT have been paid out the full replacement value. We elected to tell the truth.
