Rotten disinterested service

<p>I have dealt with this company before, buying disco equipment. They have a website on which I found a laser lighting system that I needed. It was listed with a price. When I went to the shop in Voortrekker Road on Friday afternoon there was no-one in the shop apart from two salesmen sitting behind the counter, one of whom asked me what I was looking for. When I told him it was something I saw on the website he started off by saying I shouldn’t look at that website as they have been trying to close it down for a long time and none of the prices are current. (Really they can’t shut off their own website -it takes 30 seconds to do ??) I then asked him if they had the laser light I needed in stock and he grumbled about “how must he know what I’m talking about”. I asked him to look on their own website (he was sitting working on a laptop at the time)</p> <p>I stood there waiting for a few minutes, thinking he was looking it up, I then noticed that he was not even on the internet and was doing something else and asked him if he was looking it up and he dismissively said no, he’s busy with other stuff. When I expressed my annoyance at his lack of service he was totally unconcerned and even gave me the owner’s name (Steven) and his own name (it sounded like Zahier) if I wanted to complain.</p> <p>Complete arrogance and lack of customer service. Don’t waste your time with this business, they may have the stock to sell, but couldn’t be bothered to help and don’t deserve customers.</p> <p> </p>
