Failure to deliver as per contract!

Frontline Realtors make promises to clients and do not deliver. After our application for a new house was approved we paid the full deposit by December 2014, after being told the phase of houses will be built from January and will take 3 months and we should take occupancy. In February 2015 we were called in to sign documents which was done. End of March the sale persons we were dealing with Josias sent us pictures of our our house and informed that just the ceiling and a few other things need to be finished. In April we called the offices and spoke to Carol Peach who said the houses are not done but by end of July we should be moving in. Called Josias in the start of July and said his big boss is out of town and he is the only person that can get the deeds office to speed up the process of issuing occupancy certificates. It is 5 months later and i am pretty sure the big boss is back but we still have not moved in. No one bothers to communicate with us and update us on the process and explain what the delay is. Instead we are receiving marketing sms's about the new phase that's coming up yet the previous phase hasn't even been finished. We would like answers and speed delivery!!!
