Pathetic service below money value

On the 23rd August 2024 I bought the grocery in which there was 10kg Idlani mealie meal. I opened on the 31st August 2024 to pour it in the container and found that there's a smell coming out of the bag. The mealie meal had small *****/clots on top and in the bottom it was stale and formed the block. On the 2nd September 2024 I went to the store and advise of the same but they gave me the bad attitude that there's no way that such can happen as there's never been a complaint about the brand and the shop. I even told them that I their loyal customer and i have been using the brand and I never complained in the previous years.They advised that the shop will suffer financial loss.During May/June I also bought two Farm gate six packs milk which I later found to be rotten and kept quiet and now this thing is recurring. Customers aren't getting the value of their money. On the same day on the 23rd August one of the their staff members advise me not to buy the 500kg and 750kg Bokomo cornflakes but rather buy the big one, he doesn't know why they don't dispose them as they are stale(please don't disclose the cornflakes issue as the person working in that department or section might be victimized and dismissed) . Their fruit and vegetables section is stinking and items are stale.
