Rats, Rat droppings and birds in the store

On my last visit we noticed a large rat in the store. One of the staff members tried to kill it with a broom. I also noticed rat droppings on several pallets as well as birds ****ing on goods in the store. This is against all health regulations. There is also an odour of rat urine in some parts of the store.
