Absolutely abysmal, worst restaurant experience ever in South Africa

Shocking !!!!!!! Stay away and spend your hard earned money elsewhere, this is most definitely not a restaurant where you are appreciated as a customer. Our experience was absolutely abysmal. We stopped at the restaurant to have lunch, amongst our ordered dishes, a chicken wrap. The wrap had almost no filling, tasted bland, dry and to be honest disgusting. The tomatoes were not fresh, 3 small pieces of dry chicken breast and they still had the audacity to serve it as an edible plate. The atmosphere was disruptive and not enjoyable. The manager and chef were standing around almost right next to our table discussing business and events. When we informed the waiter of our concerns regarding the wrap, she mentioned, she will inform the chef and manager - none came to speak with us and both were hiding away in the kitchen until we left the establishment. We will never go back and will advise any local or international traveler to stay far away from this excuse for a restaurant supposedly focussed on Karoo Cuisine and customer service. We unfortunately experienced none.
