Bad customer Service And Return/ Refund assistance
Returned shoes at a aldo store waited for months to get any sort of assistance and was told that I used products on my shoes while I don't use any. Even any assistance with a exchange or refund was not even made while the shoes were a month old and the price paid of a high amount

19 Oct 2022, 18:30This company has no customer service and makes people feel that they don't deserve refund or exchange they don't bother to get to a common ground and offer 10% discount on next purchase for inconvenience caused this doesn't even make any difference as the service and staff are not helpful at all
