Komani ambulance is a disgrace!!!!

I am really upset about how my case was treated at Queenstown frontier hospital. My niece who is pregnant was told to go to the clinic because the ambulance won't pick her up from her house The gentleman who answered the phone at the ambulance department in Komani/Queenstown was so rude he asked why am I the one calling and not the mother. We took the child to the clinic and they called for the ambulance it didn't come and we asked someone to come take the patient.
