Disappointed

I have a child with a Achondrophasia 6yrs old he attended his appointment in Frontier hospital in Queenstown but the thing is next year he must go to Special School end they need a medical report from the Hospital a folder with a information is lost in the Hospital nowhere to be found. A response from a doctor "he can't do anything without the folder which is missing" information for the child is in that folder. In my on opinion a folder for a special child or anyone was supposed to be a first priority. If anything happened to a child what will happen? A child with a special need he's right where taken away
