How to link between Steam and Frontier Elite Dangerous

Hi All. I bought a game from G2A as it is a steam code and received my Serial Code as promised. I entered the Serial into Steam and it accepted the game and started downloading. When it was completed i wanted to play so bad as i borrowed monies to buy the game, it works but apparently needs to connect to FRONTIER for evaluation. Well it hasn't been linked from their side and i have raised 6 tickets with Frontier that concerns this matter almost 48 hours ago, Still haven't heard anything from them. I'm about to send G2A a mail as they sold me the Game's serial but as i thought that if it wasn't legit, Steam wouldn't approve of game being actual. So i'm a bit confused now and want the game to work. This is terrible and i'm growing tired of this now. This needs TO END NOW! I have a problem with Frontier not getting back to me and not even trying to assist me as they are the company preventing me to play this game, not them. And the worst thing of all is that the copy is a legitimate copy. So i hope everyone sees this as it is disgusting.
