On the 31st of August 2017 i was deducted R299.00 from South a African Payment Exchange with a reference number: ****APAGE for something i never took with them, i went back to my bank to have those funds reversed, that was done. The following day, on the 01 September 2017, around the same amount was deducted again with a changed reference number: ****A SUB. i tried calling them to find out how they managed to get my account number because i have never registered anything with them and that its against the law to deducted money from another persons account without their permission. i can go back and forth to the bank to reverse the money because that charges me and that creates a bank image on my account.
