The most amazing service

I experienced the most incredible customer service ever from Front Runner over the last couple of days. I emailed them for advice about a small issue I had with my roof rack and also to check if they sell replacement parts (because I wanted it perfect). I sent a few pictures to show the slight problem but actually also to comment on the quality of their materials (no corrosion and I live by the sea). Kevin rep**** and said they were going to send new components, no questions asked and at no cost to me. I live in the sticks and the delivery took less than a day. The new components are (obviously!) perfect. I am honestly blown away by the way Front Runner treated me. You literally cannot wish for better service. I also cannot rate their products highly enough - the quality is fantastic. The world will be a much better place if all companies operated like Front Runner.
