Frontrunner - what a disappointment and frustrating experience!!

What a major frustration with Frontrunner who brand themselves as a professional company. Ordered a ladder for my Kombi...specified it is a T5. No instructions, and after downloaded, then noticed the incorrect instructions and also equipment packed not as per the instruction list. Certain items don't fit due to bad engineering design as a result. Can you believe...Frontrunner included additional brackets and *****s and stuff for a T6 Kombi as well? Which I obviousluy had to pay for? Why?? And just to throw away? I mean, I ordered for a T5! What a waiste!! Super frustrating experience and supe annoyed!!!!
