Front Runner Amo Bags
<p>I bought a 3 amo crat bag from Safari 4x4 here in Bloemfontein a while ago. On my second long trip this year to Namibia the wind thor it apart on my way from Bloem to Karrasburg. </p> <p>On my arrival back in Bloem I took it to Safari 4x4 and they tried to talk to Front Runner to may be replace or repair this bag but it seem that they do not want to listen to any explanation.</p> <p>So people don't buy any Front runner rooftop amo bags because in a little windy condition you wil loose you bag, otherwise get a bigger bag to put a FRONT RUNNER bag in.</p>

We did receive an email from Safari Centre 4x4 the end of July 2016 with the images of the bag and also mentioned that the product was approximately 2+ years old.
Our Dealer Sales Manager, rep**** to Safari Centre 4x4 email with information about our warranty and our Transit Bag, stating that the warranty is 1 year and that unfortunately, we are unable to replace the bag under warranty.
A product like this can be used or abused and because we have no control over how the product is used, we offer a 1-year warranty and will always replace a product if it is faulty or if the manufacturing of it is poor quality, within the warranty period.
From the pictures we received of the bag, it is clear that the product has been used often and the damage to it is from normal wear and tear.
We sincerely hope that you will still make use of our products and we ensure you we will always respond to any enquiry or complaint.
