" from this moment" wedding decor disaster!!!!

<p>I chose "from this moment" decor company as the decor supplier for my wedding thinking that they would make the decor magnificent, well from the pictures that's what it seemed like anyway. But how bitterly disappointed I was! The decor was mediocre and the bare minimum and to top it off, I paid fortune for it.(R25000) I was willing to pay in order to get the look i was looking for but Terri ***ner)had other plans. The flowers were very little and the arrangements looked liked I had done them myself. Items that I had requested and paid for were replaced with cheaper alternatives. On numerous occasions both verbally and via email I specifically instructed what I was looking for and what I expected. This must have ****ed them off as it almost looked like the decor was done bad on purpose. I had about 4 specific items that were a major disappointment , now when I am paying over R20000 I expect perfection or very close to it. Who ever is considering using this company my device would be don't! Rather chose another supplier because chances are you will be bitterly disappointed like I was. My wedding was on the 6th of August, I emailed them with my complaint on the 9th and till this date have not heard a thing. A wedding day is a very special event in a woman's life and the decor sets the scene for the day, be very careful with your suppliers and stay well away from this company. </p>
