Bad Debtors- Stay away!

This CC and the member behind it, Thobeka Swana signed a lease agreement with me. They failed to pay any rental for the last 12 months of their stay. As a result I had to obtain a PTA High Court Judgement against them for the outstanding rental, costs and interest. Despite many promises, they have failed to pay the more than R600 000 due to me in terms of the order.
