GREAT AND FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE

My first online purchase of a pair of Froggie sandals went very smooth, with the "PayJustNow" option making it so much easier to get this very lovely and comfortable pair of shoes. However, after having worn it only a short while, my foot slipped and my one sandal tore loose between the toes. I notified Froggie, and their response was super-fast and efficient. Within 1½ weeks the shoes were collected AND the new pair delivered! Whoo-hoo! I am VERY impressed. Thank you, Froggie!
