Theft at Froggy's pond out of a locked caravan.

We made a booking for caravan camping in April 2021 for 18 days we live in the West Coast St Helena bay, when we looked at caravan safe caravan sites we found that Froggy's pond fit the criteria, the first 10 days we stayed was fine, the place was deserted and we were only a few campers on the premises, we had our bicycles with and 2 laptops in the caravan, we felt safe, in the last week they had people in the chalets for that weekend, when we went for a ride on the bicycles someone broke into the locked caravan and ransack the place and stole all our valuables including our laptops, we called the police and the weekend management had a lot of issues getting video footage of the campsite, when they broke into the caravan the ***** cut himself and blood was on the pillow, we requested that the security goes to the room to check if any of the occupants had any cuts as we suspects that it is one of the chalet occupants, they first agreed and later decided otherwise. I am not happy with the way Froggy's Pond management handled the theft on their premises. They will not see me at that place again and I will inform all my caravan mates.
