Froggy Pond Resort will Con you every chance they get.

We went to Froggy Pond Resort in Simons Town for a family vacation. We paid for a 3 bedroom unit but was given a 2 bedroom unit and beds in the living room. All the he doors were squeaky and the braai facilities was not up to standard. When we left we cleaned the unit as we pride ourselves on not being slobs. Mopped floors and made sure everything was in good condition when we left. We then received an email saying we will not be receiving our breakage deposit as the unit was left dirty. I can ensure you this was untrue as we left the unit in a cleaner state then what we found it. Froggy Pond resort will try and con you any chance they get. I will advise you not to waste your time booking at this resort.
