Terrible disappointing service

I ordered an payed for items in December 2019! I have not received anything till now! They were quick to ask for the money an it was deposited the same day. Nobody has got back to me! I Sent numerous emails an dms asking for any information but still nothing. I requested a full refund an have received nothing yet. Not even a reply
