Frnch official unprofessional service

I pirchased items from this company to the value of R5000 the items are complete defects one item came with buttons missing and both the sizes are wrong to what i had ordered for months i am trying to get ahold of the comonay via email i canr seen to get a number of anyone within the comonay i cant understand the unprofessionalism consideri g they are advertising online with well known bloggers i have 20 emails with not a single response this is absolutely ridiculous i mean who does not deal with thier customer quieries thier comony is still active and advertising with some well known bloggers do they know that they are advertising for a company who is so unprofessional and does not deal nor comunicate with thier cuatomers i am extremely disappointed with the service that i have received from this company 5000 rand is alot of money and its not like i was asking for monet back this is extremely disappointing and disgusting can the compnay not see daily complaint messages but wer very quick to take my money DISGUSTING someone ahould get back to me as i will forward all those mails to every single platform possible including the bloggers in a much detailed story including all my emails that are being ignored hello peter was the start i will be taking it further
