True Professionalism and Response

I contacted Frimax to tell them that I bought a 125g Sweet Chilli Chips , but that it tasted and looked like Tomato flavored chips. There response was quick and Prefessional. They wanted to reimburse me. Which was not why I contact them , I just wanted to inform them that there was a problem. I did notify them I was not looking for reimbur*****t. I Appreciated there Quick and Professional response. I also told them they in my Opinion had the Nest tasting chips on the market in Soith Africa
