Terrible customer service

I purchased a 120g packet of lightly salted a few weeks back. When I opened it the chips was stale. I called the number on the packet and I was told to send an email. I sent the email and received a mail stating that I need to send through certain details which I did. I did not receive a response. Last week I sent anther email and still no response to date. Frimax staff get ur act together. Your customer service is terrible. Maybe u need to get compotent people to work. Worst customer service ever.
