Stale Crisps

<div>&nbsp;#WIN&nbsp; Good day, almost 2 months ago i purchased some bags of Frymax crisps in Robertson, when i arrived home the friday we all had a get together(family) at the weekend, then i opened some bags of Frymax crisps to find out that the crisps were some what old like it was stale, we definitely didn't enjoy that, so i contacted Frymax customer care, what a pleasant experience the representative asked me for a couple of details like for example date of purchase, batch number and the expiration date, everything was up to standard, representative then asked me for my address and my contact number, within 2 weeks a representative phoned me and asked if there will be someone at home today to receive the letter, the letter was delivered by Frymax themselves and a note to apologize for the inconvenience caused and a Voucher, what great service from Frymax fantastic, i'll keep purchasing Frymax. Excellent service from the Frymax team. Thank you</div>
