Shocked of strange obeject

At the beginning of August I lodged a complaint via email to your offices regarding a strange red object (looks like a cable ties) inside the packet while eating, we not sure this was a used item or new item, Because of the Corv19 pandemic, we need to be very careful, we not sure if anyone touched it or not. i have received a call from the company which they have apologized and they said they will investigate and get back to me, they said they did not fine anything, they said they will reimburse me with goodies, I did not receive any goodies, it is important for keeping a clean and healthy environment. I would like the company to be inspect by the health department
