At the beginning of August I lodged a complaint via email to your offices regarding a metal clip I found in a packet of Snappers .<br> <br> The sample was collected from my house <br> <br> To date I have heard nothing from your offices no email has been received since .<br> <br> I am not sure what happened to the sample but I have pictures of the metal clip <br> <br> I am not sure if you would like to expose Frimax on social media for the mere fact that no feedback was received after you collected the sample .<br> <br> Please provide feedback asap .<br> <br> If no feedback has been received I will expose Frimax on social media .<br> <br> I was told by the agent that collected the sample that we will probably send you a voucher -really this is service ????? <br> <br> I am unable to answer calls at work please send me an email with your feedback .<br>
