Poor packaging leading to **** quality products

Purchases a box of the frimax Bbq grills.. only to find that the packs were all half opened thus leaving the chips like complete cardboard. Initially we thought it was the first few packets but after investigating the rest of the box which I didn’t dispose of, I found that every single one of them had been opened.

Frimax is a huge brand which has numerous products how is it possible that your quality of packaging is so poor?

In this day and age nothing is cheap and for me to have purchased an entire box of which most of the packets were inedible due to the poor packaging is disgraceful to you as a brand.
