Packet op Totato flavour chips not up to standard

I bought a bag (50 units x 22g) of chips (Snappers Corn Chips, Tomato flavour) at Makro Silver Lakes, Pretoria. I found one packet of chips (22g) which was not up to standard, the chips was so soft and not crispy as the other packets of chips. Note that the packet of chips was still nicely sealed.<br> <br> I still have the one packet of chips with me as proof.<br> I would expect a refund for this. Note that I did not finish the whole bag yet, so there is a possibility of other not up to standard packet of chips.<br> <br> Thank you.
