Frimax - Service Par Excellence

I've been buying this snack for more than a year now. I tried out their Tinglers Original Puffs and really enjoyed the product. This past weekend I noticed that the product was misshapen and contacted them on Monday 06 June 2022. To my surprise I received feedback from a very friendly, helpful lady who explained what had happened. This was followed up with a phone call and a promise that I would receive a voucher by Friday 10 June.

Good to know that excellent service still exists in SA. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a tasty, affordable snack with excellent after sales service to back it up.
